Sawpit Gully

Draped in green tendrils, the white weatherboard and stone cottage (Circa 1900) has been meticulously and sensitively restored and renovated to showcase its rich history.
Originally owned by the local publican, Thomas Avison who operated the local hotel and general store of the old Dry Diggings gold mining township, the cottage is now a stunning example of fine craftmanship with rich colours, imported fabric and wall coverings, and impeccable design.
